There are some streetartists active in BA who make nice drawings/paintings. I like this a lot, it’s not some scribbled down graffity in strange words which I’ve seen many times in Amsterdam for example. Much effort has been put into the drawings (or most of them). 1# Visiting Buenos Aires » where to stay

Unlike many cities in the world the centre of Buenos Aires is not the place to stay. It is more a business centre than a traditional centre, during weekdays it is crowded with traffic and during weekends there is nothing much to do. Do visit the centre though. It offers a lot of beautiful architecture, monuments, shoppingstreet Calle Florida and of course the famous Plaza de Mayo.

Nice areas to stay are Palermo, Recoleta, Puerto Madero or San Telmo.
